Privacy policy

We set one first-party cookie, am_sid: a random ID that lasts up to a year and isn't linked to your name or email. With it we record searches (the search text and number of results), which listings appeared in results, product page views, compare activity and clicks to a product's website. If you're signed in, website clicks are also linked to your account.

Creators see only totals for their own listings: impressions, views, clicks, trials and the search phrases their listings appeared for. They never see who you are.

Links to a product's website add utm_source=agentmarket&utm_medium=referral, so the product can tell the visit came from us. After that, the product's own privacy policy applies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see overall traffic: pages visited, referring sites, country, browser and device type. Neither uses cookies or tracks you across other sites, and neither receives your name or email.

You only need an account to submit a listing or try a product. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. If you sign in by email, we store your email address and send the sign-in link through Resend. We also use Resend to email creators about the review of their listings.

When you run a trial, what you type is sent to that product's own server, and its answer is shown to you. We don't store your inputs or the answers. We record which account ran which product and tool, when, whether it worked and how long it took, to enforce daily trial limits and to show creators trial counts. The product's provider handles your inputs under its own privacy policy.

Providers' trial API keys are stored encrypted and are never shown to visitors.

For calls to our public JSON search API, MCP server and A2A agent, we record the channel, the tool used, the search text and the number of results. These records contain no account or cookie ID. IP addresses are used only briefly, in memory, to enforce rate limits.

Listing details that creators submit (product information, creator name and links) are published on the site and in our API once approved.

We use Vercel (hosting and traffic analytics), Neon (database), Cloudflare (DNS and traffic analytics), Resend (email) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide these services to us.

We keep usage records for as long as they're useful for analytics and abuse prevention. To delete your account and the data linked to it, or for any privacy question, email support@agentmarket.trade.
